Preparations for the 2026-2027 Country Change program are underway and going strong, with nine members confirmed . The upcoming Country Change magazine has also had strong interest from local industry, with all advertisements sold out.
Behind the scenes, our staff have been working on creating and improving systems to streamline program management. This includes systems to capture and manage member content, now shared seamlessly through SharePoint, as well as automated monthly notifications encouraging featured members to engage with and promote their blogs, videos and feature stories. Follow‑up surveys are also being issued after each feature month to gather feedback and insights on performance.
Looking ahead, the team is producing new video advertisements for the Sydney Film Festival TV partnership, using footage from last year’s regional photography and videography tour. These will be displayed on the giant screen at Martin Place during Vivid.
