• Identification of technologies that suit your digital strategy the best e.g hybrid or native apps, cloud platforms that work best for your idea.

• Formation of go to market strategies including beta testing, cross-promotion of ideas.

• Business thinking including establishing strategies for monthly recurring revenue, identification of running costs.

• Understanding technical debt and how to service it, i.e how do you keep a product going
