    GROW OUR OWN

Grow Our Own is an industry led and RDA Riverina coordinated network that connects everyone working in the western Riverina workforce development, education, and training sector.

The Grow Our Own partnership has been successful in establishing a recognisable brand that advocates for workforce issues, connects people and business and develops and supports learning pathways into local careers with the view of encouraging people to live, learn and earn locally. The program connects and integrates business, industry, education, and employment sectors.
