Join STARTTS for a special launch of the revised and updated Settling In Kit.

Settling In (3rd edition) is a group program for newly arrived refugee and migrant students which aims to help students adjust to life in Australia.

The kit has recently been revised and updated through a collaborative process with key stakeholders, including the NSW Department of Education. A project which has been overseen by School Liaison Officer Nicole Loehr.

This half hour live virtual launch presented by STARTTS will feature the programs original author, Elizabeth Pickering School Counsellor, The Hon. Sarah Mitchell MLC., Minister for Education and Early Childhood Learning, The Hon. Dr. Geoffrey Lee, Acting Minister for Sport, Multiculturalism, Seniors and Veterans, STARTTS CEO Jorge Aroche, School Liaison Program Team Leader, Shaun Nemorin and musical accompaniment from acclaimed Ngiyampaa, Yuin, Bandjalang and Gumbangirr artist, Eric Avery.
