The NSW Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) is visiting the Riverina region in May 2024 as part of its Rural and Regional Outreach Program (Outreach). Outreach visits aim to: raise understanding of corruption risks; provide practical corruption prevention information; and give advice on how to report suspected corrupt conduct.
The Riverina visit will comprise a week of activities including liaison meetings with local councils and public sector agencies, free interactive workshops for public officials, and a program of community events. The ICAC Chief Commissioner will attend the Regional Leadership Executive meeting.
You and your officers are welcome to attend a panel discussion and Q&A session about public sector integrity and corruption issues at the Community Leaders’ Forum in Wagga Wagga.
