·        the latest information from the NSW component of the ABBA project

·        existing and prospective bioenergy projects in the region

·        opportunities arising from a new DPI bioenergy project

The Australian Biomass for Bioenergy Assessment (ABBA) project is catalysing investment in the renewable energy sector through provision of detailed information about biomass resources across Australia. The project is collecting data on the location, volumes and availability of biomass for inclusion on the Australian Renewable Energy Mapping Infrastructure (AREMI) platform.
