Housing Development EOI Leeton Shire at Whitton
Leeton Shire Council has identified an opportunity for a 22 lot housing subdivision at Lot 1, DP 1053043, Conapaira Street in Whitton.
To test the level of housing demand Council is inviting expressions of interest from persons/businesses interested in purchasing or building a new home within two years as well as from housing developers who may be interested in exploring house and land packages at this site.
With growing opportunities for employment in the proximity of Whitton and with the township’s rich history and excellent facilities, this is an exciting and affordable opportunity particularly for workers or families in the region wanting to build a home.
This opportunity could also be a major influence on Whitton’s enhancement as a residential village.
