The City of Wagga Wagga, in partnership with the NSW Government and the Wagga Wagga Business Enterprise Centre, is pleased to host this Small Business Workshop with two dynamic sessions providing you with the tools and guidance to further succeed in your business.


Face to face sales and excellent customer service is an essential age old art that has been somewhat lost since the digital revolution. Almost anyone can learn to sell using the steps you’ll learn in this session, and their own personality to guide them through.

David Yeates, Business Adviser, BEC Business Advice is a sales guru. He has extensive experience in running retail businesses (such as The Athletes Foot, Interflora, Solomon’s Flooring , The Reject Shop) and also corporate Business to Business sales in Australia and New Zealand.


Understanding the 7 Steps from Self Employed to Business Owner through to Entrepreneur. Starting with how to work ON your business instead of IN your business and to get the quality of life that you started your business for in the first place!

Si has been advising businesses for over 17 years. and brings a huge range of practical and applicable knowledge to the table. Si’s core focus is in  supporting regional business owners in unlocking their potential and feeling more peace in their marriages and family lives.
