From 17-18 November 2020, Canberra will play host to Food in the Capital, a first of its kind, sustainable food event for Canberra and the surrounding region.
The two day event will feature over 95 speakers from around the globe. Expert advice on growing the Canberra market for your product, discussion of innovations in rural and urban farming, solutions for food production issues, transport and sales. The event will initiate the building of a unique city region agrifood cooperative.
The conference will explore three main themes; business of food, future of food and sustainability of food.
