Among other roles, Joaquim has worked as the former Digital Business Strategist for the Barcelona City Council, and is currently the Senior Smart Region Liveability, Public Realm & Communities Manager for NEOM in Saudi Arabia.

Joaquim has a passion for technology and innovation, and its ability to improve the quality of life of people. He has worked on hundreds of innovative projects across multiple countries and fields.
