Regional Australia is experiencing change like never before and is now writing a new story of optimism.

Regional Australia Institute (RAI) research reveals one in five people (or 3.5 million) want to move from cities to the regions. But we haven’t prepared for growth. We must start to think about what our nation will look like, where people will live and how we can best support this transformation. This will take visionary leadership, courage and focus – to support the societal transformation on our doorstep.

 This year, the RAI National Summit - Shifting our Gaze - will lead a conversation with the country’s biggest names in thought-leadership, industry, investment and advocacy, as we strive to rebalance the nation.
