The Connectivity Innovation Network’s Regional Connectivity Symposium hosted by the University of Newcastle across its Gosford and Ourimbah campuses. Will explore the evolving connectivity needs of regional areas such as the Central Coast, Gosford and Newcastle regions.

The event will run for one and a half days, and attendees will hear directly from:

  • Mobile Network Operators: Telstra, Optus, and TPG Telecom

  • NSW Department of Climate Change, Energy and Water

  • Emergency service organisations

  • NSW Telco Authority

  • NSW Sensing Network

  • Regional Tech Hub

  • Local councils and community members

This year’s discussions will cover:

  • NSW’s new Digital Inclusion Strategy and what it means in practice

  • Healthcare delivery in regional communities

  • Disaster preparedness and resilience

Admission is free, but places are limited, so early registration is essential.
