The NSW Department of Education, in partnership with the Institute of Applied Technology Digital and TAFE NSW, is delivering a series of Free hands-on AI information sessions across the Riverina.
These interactive four hour workshops are designed for beginners and anyone wanting to build their understanding of AI in a practical and accessible way.
During the workshops, attendees will explore:
What AI is and how it works
How AI is being used across regional industries
How to use popular AI tools, including ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot
Simple prompting techniques to get better results from AI
How to manage privacy, cybersecurity, misinformation and bias risks
Practical ways AI can support workplaces, businesses and communities
