Total HRM is running a 12-month HR capability program in Temora, designed specifically for local employers and people leaders, to build necessary confidence and skills to successfully manage people issues fairly and effectively.

This program presents a great opportunity for local businesses to strengthen their leadership capability, improve workplace culture, and reduce HR-related risks.

The program includes monthly, practical HR workshops covering topics such as:

  • HR foundations, compliance and documentation

  • Onboarding, retention and workplace culture

  • Performance management and difficult conversations

  • Workplace relations, risk and termination processes

  • Leadership capability, wellbeing and future workforce planning

Investment: $4,800 for the full program, discounts for 2 or more enrolments per business
