Committee for Economic Development of Australia (CEDA) is hosting the Climate and Energy Summit 2026 on Thursday 30 April 2026, at the Sofitel Melbourne on Collins. The event will focus on the shift to a competitive net-zero economy, strengthening climate resilience, and delivering sustainable outcomes. Leaders from across business, government, and the energy system will explore what is required to achieve rapid emissions reduction to 2035 and beyond.

The summit will address several major focus areas, including:

  • Delivering on climate action and adaptation

  • Realising Australia’s green energy opportunity

  • Determining pathways to decarbonisation
