The Multicultural NSW Stronger Together Safe Places for Faith Communities Program Grant provides funding for places of worship and other eligible places where faith communities gather regularly.

In this funding round of the program, $5 million is available for application. Grants between $5,000 to $250,000 are available for projects delivered by 30 June 2025.

The program aims to enable faith communities to: 

• come together safely to profess, practice and maintain their faith and religious heritage

• reduce the risk of harm to people or damage to property

• build community resilience, wellbeing and cohesion.

Applications close 3pm, Thursday 15 February 2024.

Multicultural NSW will be running an information session via Microsoft Teams. The session will take place on Wednesday, 17 January 2024 at 4pm.
