Destination NSW has partnered with EarthCheck to deliver free Sustainability Skills Micro-credentials for NSW visitor economy businesses. 

The Sustainability Skills Micro-credentials are three online short courses designed to assist visitor economy businesses including accommodation, tours and attractions to increase their sustainability knowledge, deliver on consumer demand for sustainable experiences and provide practical solutions to implement in their business.

The micro-credentials are practical, accessible, and designed specifically for visitor economy businesses. The three micro-credentials are:

·         Sustainability 101 

·         Sustainability and your Experience Delivery

·         Sustainability Management 

The micro-credentials will help businesses to:

·         Increase operational efficiency and reduce costs 

·         Develop a better understanding of sustainability at home and at work 

·         Build confidence in implementing sustainability actions in their business 

·         Build a reputation through sustainable action. 

Expressions of interest close 11:59pm on 19 May 2023. Places are limited. Successful applicants will be notified by email and provided with log-in details to commence the micro-credential courses.
