The Community Support Grants funded by Australia Post aims to support local, community lead project that make a difference in people’s lives by improving mental health and wellbeing and fostering meaningful connections.
Grants of up to $10,000 are available to fund projects that are:
Locally led and locally delivered
Focused on improving mental wellbeing
Designed to help people connect in meaningful ways
