Small business owners across NSW can now access free, independent business advice through the Small Business Advisory Program, delivered by the Service NSW Business Bureau. The program is designed to help current and aspiring business owners build skills, tackle challenges and make informed decisions with confidence.
Eligible participants can access up to four hours of free one-on-one advice each financial year, with support available in person, online or over the phone. Advice is available across a range of business topics, including:
Business planning
Marketing and customer growth
Financial management and cash flow
Staffing and workforce development
Digital skills and technology
Artificial intelligence (AI) adoption and use in business
The program also offers free workshops, webinars, networking opportunities and online resources to help businesses strengthen their capabilities and connect with other business owners.
