Mount Austen Mock Interviews

On Wednesday, 12 March, Grow Our Own, in collaboration with The Smith Family, organised mock interviews at Mount Austen High School. These interviews were designed to prepare students for real-world job interviews, with around 25-30 students participating in the event.

The mock interviews were conducted by a team of eight mentors, including Amanda Cappello (Operations Manager, RDA-Riverina), Mark Hills (Board Member, RDA-Riverina), Paul Gianniotis, and Erin Hallcroft (Grow Our Own member and Resource Manager, Thomas Brothers). This initiative is part of Grow Our Own’s ongoing partnership with The Smith Family, which has created a supportive pathway to employment for local students.
