ib vogt proposes to develop a large scale solar farm approximately 17 kilometres south of Temora in southern New South Wales. The site is located approximately 4 kilometres south east of the locality of Sebastopol within the Temora Local Government Area.

The Sebastopol Solar Farm would occupy approximately 400 hectares of rural land currently used for stock grazing and cultivation. The proposed solar farm would include solar arrays, a substation and an energy storage facility. The solar farm would connect to the existing 66 kv transmission line which runs west of the site.
