About this event

Do you find some of your processes overworked while others sit idle? Feel you can get more out of your plant, people and processes?

This intensive, half-day masterclass will give you the tools to unlock that unused capacity, smooth your production flows and take control of your schedules.

This event is for operations leaders (production supervisors, team leaders, ops managers), production line teams and operators as well as quality and planning professionals.

The Masterclass will be delivered by our resident manufacturing expert, Christopher McKee BSc(Hons) MBA, who will equip you with the principles of line balancing and use the theory of constraints to spotlight your process inefficiencies as well as touch on strategies to address them.

Christopher has over 25 years’ experience in the global technical manufacturing space and has held senior positions in Quality Management, New Product Introduction and Continuous Improvement for large technical manufacturing operations such as ICI Chemicals, Johnson Matthey Catalysts and the Reserve Bank of Australia. Christopher is also a product specialist and teacher for TAFE NSW, developing and delivering programmes in Process Manufacturing and Competitive Systems.

Don’t miss this unique opportunity, places are limited so register now!

Morning Tea will be served. This event is strictly limited to a maximum of 20 people and will be held Face to Face in Wagga Wagga NSW. This event will not be recorded.
