National Renewables in Agriculture Conference and Expo

On-farm renewables are a valuable opportunity for farmers to cut costs and emissions. This event brings together farmers, agriculture and energy consultants, peak bodies and Government representatives to share stories of on-farm renewables, their business case and discuss what’s driving the transformation of energy use in agriculture.

The Expo offers attendees the chance to speak to credible renewable energy suppliers about what’s on offer.

Agenda highlights

There is an amazing line up of speakers including 11 farmers talking about what they're doing with energy sharing, batteries, grazing under solar, bioenergy, hydrogen and even a salmon farm from Tasmania, talking blue tech and energy efficiency.

There will be a 'Future Farm Vehicles' panel to get experts to discuss the opportunities and challenges of converting ag equipment to electric, knowing where hydrogen will fit in and what about swapping batteries out during harvest? etc.

Field Trip

A field trip with limited tickets are available for the 19th August, to a large scale solar farm in Corowa to see how grazing works under panels and is a chance to have your questions answered.

Expo

The Expo will have some great, trustworthy suppliers lined up ready to talk to farmers about what they can do on their property.

The National Renewables in Agriculture Conference and Expo 2022 will be held in person only at Albury Entertainment Centre.
