TAFE Wagga Wagga has a range of information sessions this week - Monday 21 August to Thursday 24 August 2023. These information sessions are open to any school student or community member who is interested.

Interactive session exploring our TAFE NSW Aged Care courses, opportunity to speak with teachers and tour the section facilities
Includes a virtual reality session. Light refreshments provided.
MONDAY 21ST AUGUST 2023 | APPRENTICESHIP & TRAINEESHIP INFO SESSION | 6pm - 7:30pm
Give yourself the best chance of gaining an Apprenticeship or Traineeship by finding out what employers want, where to find the jobs and connecting with our industry-expert teachers.
As part of our National Skills Week celebrations, this event will include:
- Presentation on pathway options
- Panel Q&A session (including a current employer and apprentices/trainee)
- An opportunity to visit training areas on campus
This is a free community event and open to those interested in an Apprenticeship or Traineeship; parents and carers of school leavers welcome.
TUESDAY 22ND AUGUST 2023 | ARTIST'S PRINTMAKING - TASTER COURSE | 3:30pm - 5:30pm
Participants will be given an overview different Artist's printmaking techniques taught, then work from a drawing or photograph to create their own prints they will be using Etching, innovative relief printing - and monotypes a taster of what is possible at TAFE NSW.
TUESDAY 22ND AUGUST 2023 | CREATIVE IMAGING & DIGITAL DARKROOM - TASTER COURSE | 5:45pm - 7:45pm
Experience an introduction to the world of digital image manipulation and creative editing using Adobe Photoshop. Participants will learn essential Photoshop tools and techniques, as well as explore the art of digital darkroom processes to enhance their photography and unleash their creativity across the following areas:
* Understanding Photoshop Basics
* Essential Photoshop Tools and Functions
* Digital Darkroom Techniques
* Hands on Practice
