The Regional Australia Institute’s Regions Rising National Summit is returning in 2026, bringing together regional leaders, policymakers, businesses and communities from across Australia to discuss the future of regional Australia.
Taking place on Monday 14 September 2026 at Parliament House in Canberra, this event will focus on the theme “People Power” , exploring the ideas, leadership and opportunities shaping Australia’s regional communities.
Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from industry and government leaders, participate in important conversations about regional development, and connect with others who are passionate about creating strong and thriving regional communities. A National Summit Dinner will also be held in the Great Hall at Parliament House, providing additional networking opportunities.
