Rise & Build, in collaboration with Transgrid and Halocell Energy, is hosting The Energy Exchange this September.

This event will bring together women working across the energy, engineering, manufacturing, infrastructure, and project delivery sectors to connect, share experiences, and support one another's professional growth.

Attendees will hear from an inspiring panel of women from across the industry, who will share their career journeys, insights, challenges, and successes. There will also be plenty of opportunities to network, exchange ideas, build connections, and explore pathways for career development.

The Energy Exchange is open to women at every stage of their career, from apprentices and trainees through to experienced professionals, managers, and industry leaders.
