Community organisations across the Riverina can now apply for funding through Jemena’s 2026 Community Grants Program, which is offering grants of up to $10,000 to support projects that help communities facing cost-of-living pressures.
The program aims to support organisations delivering practical assistance in areas such as:
Food relief and essential support services
Cost-of-living assistance
Education and employment opportunities
Programs that reduce social isolation
Environmental sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction, reuse and recycling projects
Jemena has expanded its 2026 program to include sustainability-focused initiatives, recognising the important role local organisations play in building stronger and more resilient communities.

Eligible Riverina businesses in West Wyalong, Griffith, Leeton, Narrandera, Coolamon, Junee, and Cootamundra are encouraged to apply.
