Western Riverina Careers Expo Inspires Future Pathways at Leeton High School
Students at Leeton High School had the opportunity to explore future career pathways at this year’s Western Riverina Careers Expo, with a strong level of engagement recorded throughout the day.
GOO attended the event and connected with students to better understand their interests, career aspirations, and awareness of local opportunities. As part of this engagement, 234 students completed surveys, contributing valuable insights for the GOO Expo Data Report.
The data collected will help inform future workforce and career initiatives across the region. It has already been shared with Mel and will later be distributed to GOO members to support ongoing planning and decision-making.
Events like the Western Riverina Careers Expo play an important role in connecting young people with education and employment opportunities, while also strengthening collaboration between schools, industry, and regional stakeholders.
